I’m 6 ft but only weigh 130 pounds. I have an average diet. I do a lot of exercise. Am i underweight ? If you think so then why ?

I'm 24 and a female, so I hope this helps. You don't have a weight problem. You take care of yourself and you are healthy. Don't try to bulk yourself up, it's pointless. It's just your body style. I personally like that kind of body style…tall with a small frame. Lol don't you dare change a thing. Keep yourself healthy, don't go on steroids/drugs, or do major weight lifting. To a lot of girls/women, you’ve a sexy body. Don't be like everyone else.
P.S: Only excercise for an hour 3-5 times a week.
