Hi,
for all ye budding chefs and fellow weight trainers:
I need some meal ideas AND some snack ideas for a high protein diet, i am not doing any form of low carb however am looking to keep carbs complex where possible.
I take to work, lunch for 2 meals plus a snack, im looking at about 600 calories per meal, as much protein as possible, and i have no heating facilities for food.
I have been taking things like chicken salads and grilled pieces of meat with a mix of veg/rice/noodles etc and frankly i am getting a little bored of it.
I use whey protein and eat loads of eggs so feel free to incorporate those if you need to
Snacks:
aside from cold meats and boiled eggs i am at a total loss
tried lentil cakes they were pretty bad, and didn't really fancy meat chip cookies
any ideas??
any sensible suggestions appreciated

you are doing good with the eggs, a can of tuna is good, also natural peanut butter or mixed nuts are a good choice. Lunch meat is good if you dont care about sodium. Maybe milk if you have a fridge to keep it in. hope that helps

High protein lunch snack for me is 2 tins of tuna in springwater or brine and a small tin of baked beans and a small banana.
