you can exercise throughout the day though, walk or ride your bike instead of driving, or if you have free time go for a walk. if you have a dog take your dog on walks. each now and then turn on a fun song and dance around energetically. housecleaning tends to get the heart rate up too, at least for me when i begin cleaning something i end up cleaning everything and putting a lot of work into it!
