I don't know your life circumstances. As a single person I usually eat when I’m hungry. I eat a tiny something before I go to work at 2 pm, I eat in the cafeteria at work at 6 pm, and then sort of graze till I get off work at about midnight. When I was married my husband and I ate whatever we wanted throughout the day and then I made a regular dinner for us at night - carbs, proteins, vegetables. I don't know if your concern is your health or weight, but my huge one is my weight. I find spacing eating out and not eating a lot a few hours before bed to be helpful in that regard.
