Instructions

At any meal you might eat until you are full - until you can’t eat any more.

Don’t eliminate anything from the diet, especially don’t skip bacon at breakfast or omit salads. It is the combination of foods that burn fat.

The grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process.

Cut down on caffeine - it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup per meal at mealtime.

Don’t eat between meals. If you eat the combination of food suggested you will not be hungry.

Note that the diet totally eliminates sugar and starches, which are lipids and form fat. Fat doesn’t form fat; it helps burn it. You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.

Don’t eat desserts, bread, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes. You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad, or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat of the proper combination of food, the more you lose

Answer:
Well it sounds care about it would work, but its way too strict. The reason you can't commit to anything is probably because you are trying to diet, and diets rarley work simply because they're too hard, and no person can stick to them for LIFE.

Even if someone is able to stick to a diet and lose weight, once the diet is OVER, then what? They'll just go back to their bad habits and re gain all the weight they lost.

What you need is a 'healthy eating plan' where you cut junk food from your meals and eat balanced meals never going below 1,500 calories. You also need at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day. However, eating healthily all the time SUCKS, that's the easiest way to put it.

Once per week, you are allowed to reward yourself if you've eaten healthy without slipups for the past 6 days. On this one day, preferably a weekend day, you can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT. Go to a fast food place. Have some pie. Purchase your favorite icecream bar. Just don't purchase something that will last throughout the week and tempt you. For example, don't purchase a whole gallon of icecream or a whole box of cookies.

Anyway, by rewarding yourself with something pleasurable for being healthy each now and then, it can motivate you. Give it a try, you don't have to stick to any particular diet or weird rules, you just do things that are more healthy. Something simple enough that you CAN stick to it for life.

Answer:
If you can keep yourself on that, it will work quite well. The problem is that it's so structured and boring so one would get fatigued of it and start cheating very early in the game. I wouldn't be able to eat that garbage for 12 days in a row. I don't even think I could do it for two. Good luck, though!
