Even with the vitamin, I don't think it would be very healthy or you would get all the nutrients you need. A vitamin is good, but it doesn't always give you all the true benefits as state vegetables and fruits can give you. You need a variety in your diet. I think at first you would be ok, but after a while you’re going to feel malnourished and probably just to look at Raisin Bran you’re going to want to vomit. Mainly because you will be eating it way too much.
Not only that, but you’ll feel bloated a lot as Raisin Bran is full of fiber and though fiber is great too much will bloat you out.
Your ideal bet it to eat 1,200 calories a day at the least and to make it a variety of carbs, protien, fats (healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, etc.) with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Add in some carrot sticks, go for some grilled skinless chicken, drink lots of water. And a multivitamin has all the vitamins you need for an entire day. You need only take it once.

You need to burn off more calories than you take in. Thats the simple formula. To find out how to do that, how much your body burns at rest, what foods to eat, what exercise to perform, etc. You'll have to do your own searches.

You got fat by being lazy, you want the opposite of fat? Do the opposite of lazy. Exercise healthy foods is the only way, not starving your body of nutrients. Ask a personal trainer or do some legit research on the internet.

umm, a lot of time they put way to much vitamins then nessecary in each pill, break it in half and have it at each meal if it states thats safe. if you take 1-2 everytime you just pee out most of it and waste a ton of money
