I am not over weight or skinny, but I am not comfortable with my legs

Okay, I love this link. It is a free pilates 10 minute workout session on the internet. In whole, it is 55 minutes long, but you pick the section for legs and thighs or abs or arms. It is really intense, but it is over before you know it.

Not sure if you’re guy…but SQUATS works the best… i have a similar problem…or used to =)
