for your legs i would advocate doing squats (light weights if your a girl and only wanna tone up), also try looking into “single-leg squats” you don't need and weights to get great results from this exercise and it works out the butt very well.
for your arms, do some push-ups, there intense, but they don't beef you up like a swedish weight-lifter, there great for toning. also try taking some light dumbells (5lbs maybe) and stand up straight, holding them at your sides and then, holding your arms straight, lift them out sideways until your arms are straight out leveled with your shoulders and repeat this rep about 10 times then do 2-3 more sets. its good for your shoulders.
and for your stomach i recommend crunches, do as many as you can, also try other varients of crunches, like bicycle crunches.
Green tea also can help with excess calories, just don't exceed 10 cups a day.
