what keeps you going when you run? when your body is screaming and head is pounding??

when your lungs hurt and you cant breath?

also…do you run with a water bottle?


Answer:
well if your body is screaming and your head is pounding- that isn't good! Take a advil before you run, it would help with the ache and pains. If you head hurt, you probably need water. I always drink a bunch of water a hour before I run. And what keeps me motivated while I run? Usually music. I always run hard during one song, and when it is over I don't run as hard.. and then run hard again.. so you keep the motivation that you can relax a bit.And no I don't bring a water bottle…water in my tummy while I run doesn't feel right.

If your body is screaming, you’re doing damage to yourself, stop!

If your head is pounding, that means you’re either severely dehydrated (AKA drink something) or pushing yourself too hard, you could have a stroke. S T O P

Whoever came up with the phrase, no pain-no gain should be taken out and shot. Exercise isn’t suppose to injured, at least not the way you’re describing it. Yes, sometimes there’s a tiny discomfort the next day due to DOMS, but if what you are feeling bone wrenching agony to move another step, your body has had more than enough.

And Pia, I don't know who your coach is, but I wish I did, cause he would be up in front of the school board for a code of conduct violation. (Its not granted to punish students for what, in his thought, is poor performance by making them do more of what they couldn't do in the first place). One more thing, 105 is not fat (since you didn't mention your height I went with 5ft even, and 13 years old, your bmi in for that range is 21 which is in the healthy range… Use the link below if I’ve entered either number incorrectly.
