I used to play football back in the day, but I'm 25 now and I really haven't done anything since then as far as working out. My goal is to get back into good shape and eventually into a regular hardcore workout, I'd just like a good routine to begin with.

I'm not fat, just out of shape, about 6'2″ 175lbs. I eat pretty well, turkey on wheat sandwiches more often than not, usually some sort of side like chips or vegetables, virtually no fast food and rarely even go out to eat. Subway if anything.

The only equipment I’ve access to is a treadmill, and I work full time 9 to 6.

I was just wondering if any of you that are workout gurus would have a good routine to start getting back into shape with, without murdering myself. Thanks in advance.

Answer:
Well you’ll naturally lose wight once you start to get in shape more and do more excercise, so that is inevitable- but generally for stamina I would heavily suggest the treadmill, anything that requires a lot of hard work, as you’ve to murder yourself to get fitter, as your body isnt use to it. But i knwo what you mean by not being TOO knackering, Do in gerally, and increase the speed and incline weekly.
As weight isn’t your problem then dont really worry about what you eat, its what excercise you do and how much you do of it- I would recommend Rowing Machines, Treadmills, Biking and the Cross-Trainer as its a great all rounder.
Have any questions jsut ask, I'm sorry if this answer is all over the place:p

Answer:
It is feasible to lose weight swiftly but you should be realistic and take on board that if you lose weight fast then you’ll inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. The only diet which definitely delivered for me was green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I lost twenty pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Answer:
start jogging a little, then increase the amount you jog each week, and also do jumping jacks, do weights, but lighter weights and then move up to heavier ones
