Why when i work out and exercise, i get like fat or bloated. And i also gain weight on the scale(111 lbs). But when i don't work out, my stomach is flat, and i way less(108 lbs). But also when i don't work out i get fatigued easily. Do you know why this happens? Should i just stop working out so i can stay skinny?

All serious answers please.

Thanks for all your help.

Answer:
well you seem really tiny (no offence intended)

so its probably your body ajusting and gaining needed muscle.

keep working out its good for the metabolism and will keep you skinnier in the long haul. and dont worry about your miimal weight gain its just muscle that’s growing not fat.

Answer:
I dont know for woman, but for man, going to the gym means more weight, at least in the beginning because muscle grows faster than fat is lost, and also it weights more.

You just need to do more cardio and less lifting. And eat the amount of calories you need, dont eat more just because you go to the gym.

Answer:

Answer:

Answer:
