Answer:
There’s a small contradiction in your statement - you want to use a liquid diet in the morning in order to get energy and a full stomach.

Whey protein won’t do this.

If you are having an issue with time, recommend looking at the following, in this order.

1. Get up earlier. As mentioned above, there is no substitute for a healthy meal. The energy that you will get from the fruits and complex carbs as well as the full feeling from the real food in your stomach can not be substituted with 8-12 oz of liquid.

(as a starter)

3 egg whites (you can also use egg beaters for simplicity)

1 yolk

2 oz ground turkey breast (you can precook this)

4 strawberries

1 pc whole grain toast

This should take you about 5 minutes to prepare using egg beaters and precooking you turkey breast.

2. If you truly don't have time for a real breakfast, I would recommend Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex blend. This has both whey and egg proteins which will last longer. If you decide to go this route, do the following:

(recommend the vanilla flavor as there’s more you can do with this)

another starter shake…

8 oz water

3/4 level scoop (NOT the recommended 2 rounded)

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 med banana (try freezing but peel first)

1 TBS flax seed oil

Good luck!!

Answer:
i think whey protein is good, but u need to exersize and eat like a normal peson along with the protein, the protein is just protein u still need all the other vitamins and be getting enough carbs, u should get up 10 mins earilier and make some breakfast like an omlet of piece of fruit or something healthy for breakfast. Muscle weighs more than fat, don’t try to loose weight, sleep 8 hours, eat healthy fruits veggies and 20 cups of water each day, meats dairy and breads are healthy too, for 6 hours, exersize hard sweaty out of breath painful exersize for 8 hours, u can do 1min exersize 1 min eat, to the full 6 and 8 hours or any time in between, 2 hours for showers, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktAvn0Mdo… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0ZehlH3b…

yeah you could, i recommend you get up earlier and eat breakfast when you wake up though. whey protein is very fast digesting which is why people take it straight after they workout, its not going to last the three hours until your next meal (it will be absorbed into your bloodstream within an hour). proteins not going to give you energy anyway - try eating something with complex carbohydrates, like wholegrain cereal or something like that, which is also swift and simple to prepare. and walking for 30 minutes in college isnt considered a workout. hope this helps

Answer:
the protein shake wont injured you. it wont help you gain muscle either though. you need a certain amount of protein throughout the day. usually about 1g of protein per lbs of bodyweight. but if your working out, you need to try to bump it up to 1.5g per lbs of bodyweight. (sorry im not much for cm and kilo's)

as for the walking, its good to walk definately, but it thats your only way of “working out”, you probably wont see much gains. whether your losing weight or gaining muscle…training with weights plus cardio is always your best bet.

Answer:
It wouldn't do your kidneys much good, get some porridge in your belly in the morning only takes five minutes to make and less to eat.

Answer:
You need carbohydrate aswell so I wouldn't suggest only having a protein drink in the morning.

Answer:
a whey supplement can't replace a good breakfast. sorry
