Just counting calories, or doing weightwatchers to get my weight down and THEN switching to calories counting, or something else? thank you!

You’re counting in either system - calories or points - so I don't see much of a difference. I personally count calories using FitDay (there are also many other free on the web calorie counting programs). I try to keep my carbs low and my protein high. Counting calories alone will work, but unless you’ve enough protein in your diet you can lose muscle instead of fat.

everybody type is diff- as long as your clothes get a tiny loose on you your loosing weight… take whey protien once a day 1 scoop.. with low fat milk…designer whey is what i use! just stay within reg 2000/day just eat healthier— weight watcher is a joke.. pick up oxygen womens fitness mag- for more info!!! - on eating healthy & ideal workouts..just eat healthy & excersize 5 days a week for 15-20 mins mix up cardio w/ strength-training.. & youll be fine

Melting calories was a lot easier for me when I began experimenting with acai berry.
