I'm starting it this day. For breakfast I had one. Lunch I had one. For dinner I'm having baked Chicken and that's all for the day. I've been reading things online about Trim Fast and how it's not going to work without exercise, or that it won't work at all. OR that you'll gain weight while on it, if you don't exercise. Also, I need to lose an excessive amount of weight. I'm ready to do this, and I just need some reassurance that it's going to work. Yes I'm going to eat very healthy afterwards.

I started yesterday!

I think it just takes a bit of willpower. I was pretty hungry the first day, but I feel superior this day. I told myself, “being a little hungry doesn't kill people; I won't die”.

I am stepping up my exercise a tiny so that I don't lose muscle mass. I think it will work as long as we work hard at it. People don't gain or lose 20lbs overnight- you see it coming. If you find that after you've lost the weight that it's coming back on…do something about it. I'm 180lbs and I'm hoping to be 140lbs. Normal dieting hasn't worked for me this far, I think this will work superior because it's more structured.
