I currently weigh around 380 lbs and am going to be getting gastric bypass in around 3 months… I am already set with a diet and I need to loose some weight before surgery, no specific amount… I also will be interested in the program post surgery… A reason i considered Curves over a gym is because its based for woman and i feel maybe there may be bigger woman like me or somewhat like me… which is what i'm not so sure about.. and i want to do exercises more than just walking… Although i'm not sure about the type of people who go there.. and am a wee bit shy of working out.. Besides that, i wasn't sure about whether there’s a weight limit or something… I'd mainly only be going to Curves for the exercise part of the program. And was also wondering if the exercising would be all on your own or as a group? and if i could go whenever i select to and for however long i wished to? thanks for help ![]()

Its weird I was also thinking of joining Curves, I actually called today for pricing. My friend belongs and she says there all al different size women there, and there’s no weight limit. They exercise on their own as far as I know, but in a circle, and you go from machine to machine, until the 30 mins is up. I was told by my physician yesterday, that none of the pills work, the only thing that works is diet and exercise or gastric bypass, so please don't waste money on those silly pills, who cares what TV show or news channel they were on. And the so called “free trials” that you still pay shipping for, which means you give them your credit card info, just another way to rip you off, I know from experience. I did a 30 day free trial, and one week in I noticed a charge of $45 on my credit card, and was told that they were sending out my next month of pills, well I wasn't even done the free trial yet, and it took me 4 weeks to get my money back. I’m going to be joining curves later on this week (after pay day) and I will be doing it alone, and am also shy, but its something I gotta do for myself and for my daughter, I'm 26 and I hate the way I look and I don't want my daughter to be ashamed of me.
Sorry for the long answer, hope I helped…..Just wondering, is the gastric bypass covered by your health insurance?

Answer:
Exercise is just as vital as diet when it comes to losing weight, but the only diet that definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they’ve a handful of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it definitely does produce results!

Exercising helped me to lose a load of weight when I married it together it along with using acai berry. I know they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial on currently at http://ussedablit.desi.me.uk , give it a try, how worse could it make things?
