Okay i want to loose weight in my tummy area. I want to loose 7 pounds. I eat like a pig a big amount of food. And was wondering what should i start eating to loose weight. I play tennis and workout every day, almost. BUt its notworking cuz i eat alot. wat can i eat at school thats easy to make and makes u loose weight. I usually eat 5 chicken nuggets and 4 bags of chips. I don't no if i can go without the chips. But im willing to try i guess! So please help me!!

I'm in the same boat as you- I'm trying to lose 7 lbs. Just work out like every day- running, treadmill, elyptical, jump-roping, workout videos, etc. I'm also doing this special AB workout video to flatten my stomach (this my work for you too). My parents are health nuts so I never really eat chips, chicken nuggets, or any other processed foods. I cut out all junkfood (at school) and any desserts. It's hard, but it works. Just stay active and treat yourself in small amounts. An apple (around 80 calories) is alot more filling than a bag of chips (150-350 calories depending on the type) and alot healthier. If this seems impossible for you, try cutting out chips slowly. Your lunch souns really unhealthy- try having a salad (dark lettuce) with a small amount of dressing and lean chicken. Or maybe organic jelly with trans-fat-free peanut butter on whole wheat bread for a healthier classic: PB&J. Or put some sliced roast beef, lettuce, and low-fat cheese into a tortilla to make a wrap. wrong section, and that's a lot of food! but you can't loose fat in one place, you loose it all over. i recommend eating cut up veggies, lean meat sandwiches if you eat meat (skip the mayo), fruit like apples and grapes, pretzel sticks, those microwaveable healthy request soups etc… best of luck.

Try drinking water constantly- you'll have something to do with your hands and you'll feel full a lot of the time.

I know, i have that problem too. working out is good, but by eating constantly, it doesn't help. SO, you should drink ALOT of water and try some different more healthy chips.( the ones with the flying pig on them ) and, do some research on foodnetwork.com for some healthy, easy recipes!

Eat something Called Quinoa, it's kinda flavorless so add a TINY bit of sauce. Quinoa is extremely healthy, so it wont add weight like pork and beef. Try eating salad, only WITHOUGHT the dressing, dressing is quite fattening. For snacks you could have fruits and veggies, if u want to stick to your snacks (chips) get backed/reduced fat ones. Try avoiding sodas. Sodas are made of A TON of sugars. If you still want sugary drinks look for ones with no sugar or "diet". Note that even if you get diet soda's there is still fattening ingredients. When you play your sports or go to the gym try water or drinks like propel and vitamin water instead of sodas. chips are mega hard to get off of, so until you can, try healthier chips like; sunchips, pita chips, chips that are kettle cooked or have less salt and oil. also try alternative snaks that are healthier or less fattening.
