Costume for a costume celebration and i need help on what color nail polish to wear and what to do with my hair . . . i am 13 so something young and fresh

Here's a few tips:
Straightening your hair and putting a “hippie” headband (like the one in your avatar) would be very groovy.
And for nails, I don't think many hippies wore nail polish, but if you want to, painting each nail a vibrant color would be cool!

You should leave nails natural. Bright red might also do a trick, but it's pretty uncommon to see a hippie with a manicure, ha. Keep your hair loose and also 'natural'. You might also want to tangle it a bit to look as if you're not the biggest friend with brushes.. just bend your head down and spray it with hairspray, then shake your hair a bit and you're done!
It's all about being minimal and natural, don't overdo makeup, the ideal choise would be none or minimal. The key here is your clothing and I bet you’ve an idea of what to wear.
