you can get a purity ring made, so it says whatever you want.
my purity ring is from James Avery and says "True Love Waits"
(i would recommend a recognized jewelry dealer that sells good quality rings. if you buy anything that isn't real, it will rust and turn odd colors. if you plan to make that specific ring long term, you might want to opt for a real ring)
and no it doesn't have to be blessed.
