a simple light colored flowy dress, with a pair of simple flatts and a hair clip with a couple of curled hair strands falling out with natural colored makeup. and if its going to be chilly then where a simple shrug.

Go with a really cute knee-length sundress and get a cute pair of gladiator-sandals. Wear a dress just in case it ends up being semi-formal, you don't want to be underdressed. Don't make it look forced, let your hair down and wear really light makeup.
