As it is has beaded trim I would probably forgo the necklace and go for longer earrings in silver (maybe with a blue stone) and a silver bracelet or bangle.
Shoes: perhaps a platinum colour or if you can't get something like that, try a nude colour shoe.

and a strand of pearls, but the necklace might not be your favorite. A hematite bead strand might be superior. The dress already has a lot going on, so you might want to keep accessories easy. well, let me just state that that dress is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!
um..maybe you could match it with some adorable brown heels, and few brown bracelets, and simple, but stylish brown earings. no necklace tho…the detail around the neck is gorgeous and you dont wanna take away from that.
