Many people think i'm hideous or weird and i never had a boyfriend before but i think i'm not that bad. My problem is that i can't take care of myself. I never tried make up because i don't know how to use it. I wear the same type of clothes (Jeans, T-shirts and Converse). I don't feel comfortable with my body and that's why i don't like wearing skirts or something short. I'm 66 Kg and i don't know how to lose weight. My hair is damaged and a complete mess and i didn't have a new haircut for more than 4 years and my skin is dry. I don't like looking at myself in the mirror because i don't like the way i look. I'm a very shy person and if someone criticized me, i won't reply at all. I really need help and advice on what to do to look more feminine and steps i should take to make me feel good about myself before going to college next year.

I'm sure you're not ugly. The only difference between the average person and the stars in hollywood is a nice hairstyle, makeup,and clothing. (You don't have to wear tons of makeup to look good-jut be well-groomed.

And, based on your weight, you're only overweight if you’re shorter thant 5'4.

Here's how you can start caring for yourself.

1. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser meant for dry skin.

2. Moisturize your face with a Face cream that has a bit of Sunscreen in the daytime. If your skin is really dry, using Vitamin E oil (from vitamin capsules) will deeply moisturise at night, and help clear up your skin too.

3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (not pop or juice)- this will help your skin look great naturally!

3. Shape up your eyebrows: I highly advocate getting them Threaded the first time, then, you can maintain the shape with tweezers at home. That’ll make a big difference!

3.a: A manicure and pedicure will also help you look and feel prettier.

4. If you're not used to a lot of makeup, you probably won't want to wear a lot at first. I suggest easing into it with mascara, and some lip liner/lipstick. Again, the cosmetics counter can help you pick something you like. (Don't let them pressure you into over-doing it!)

5. If you’ve blemishes or uneven skin tone, you should also get some foundation.

6. You can begin losing weight by gradually replacing unhealthy snacks with fruit or raw veggies and dip, and by including a bit more veggies and a bit less meat/starch at dinner. If you eat proper, real meals made up of healthy food, you’ll naturally loose weight, but it will be gradual. The good news it, it will also be permanent. I lost ~25lbs by slicing out pop and most juice, and eating more natural, unprocessed foods. I still have treats, and will drink pop once in a blue moon, but not all the time, and I've maintained my current weight for more than 7 years.

7. Walking is easy to do, and all you need is good shoes (and maybe an ipod to ease your boredom). If you begin with 1/2hr 5 times a week, and work it up to and hour, you'll soon notice a change in your body, and feel motivated to continue.

8. Treat yourself to a nice haircut and treatment. You might be able to find a picture of a hairstyle you like in a magazine.

9. You can also find clothing ideas in magazines, then go to the mall and buy similar clothes. You sound like you're into simpler clothes, so go for stuff that's in style, but not so trendy that you don't feel like yourself in it.

10. Being confident makes you more attractive, so try to focus on the things you like about yourself (there must be at least 5 things)-other people will like those things too!

Maybe you just need to switch it up. Once you become more comfortable with your body, I guess you'll be able to wear clothes that you'd like to.

Get a haircut and rub on some moisturizer and you should be fine, right?

I think you need to build confidence before you can do anything. A psychologist/psychiatrist might help if you don't think you can gain the confidence yourself.

hi i was like this once now i have boys falling over my boady and my hair and there are like mybestfriends but for your hair just wash it everynight and brush it and u can start of by wearing skirts and if you feel it then keep wearing it. and for your skin just use lotion and for your weight honey,just work out i did that and now im thicker than a muther fucka if you do this it will be like a new you p.s. you dont have to wear make up if you want to good luck sweetie:)

Well I'm a dude, but i have three sisters so i know were your coming from. If you dont like how you look have a tiny make over. And if you dont like your weight, wake up in the morning and take a jog around the block. And if you select to wear make up, us a tiny. And do something different with your hair, do curls or cut it..for the dry skin just put lotion on each time you get out the shower. But dont listen to other people because they're just hating… so change your style up a bit!

aww you're so sweet^^ don't listen to those comments you've gotten it's hard but its something yeah have to do. For your skin try a tanning lotion, it tans your skin and at moisturizes it. (make sure you find a good tanner lotion though, some can turn your skin orange o.o) For your hair, go to a hair salon and ask them what shampoo and conditioner (and maybe some other hair products and stuff) would help your hair out, and get them to cut, style, cut off some of the damaged hair and if you want colour, streak your hair. Go get a manicure, pedicure, facial and massage they all make you feel a tiny more beautiful and happier for the day and this has gotta make you a bit stressed a massage would make you feel sooo much better. And for a diet try slicing to about 1200 calories and have a bit of exercises and eat a bit healthier and drink lots of water (helps your skin too) and you should know that losing 10 pounds a month is a good amount to lose in a month. ( the best weight for 167.6 cm is 54.5 kg so each 2.5 cm you add, add 2.3 to your weight and that's the healthy weight, a less confusing way is checking on a website). and for make-up find a good brand and try using eyeliner, eye shadow and a tiny lip gloss and if you have a tiny bit a ance cover up (and a good skin product) but look for more expensive products that last the day. Try looking on youtube for help and tips how to apply make-up smokey eye is a nice eye make up tip. and find some new clothes like dresses and high heels thier very feminine but you'll still need jeans and everything, hope that helps and good luck.

okay here's what to do (trust me i know.) make up is wayyyy easy. just go to the store and hold up the powder or foundation next to your skin until you find the one closest to your color. put foundation on spots on your face and pat it to rub it in. put powder evenly all over your face and neck. then get eyeliner and put it on the line above your bottom eyelashes. get dark gold eyeshadow and put it on your actual eye lid. then get a lighter gold and go half way up to your eyebrows. finish off with a peach lipgloss and one coat of black mascara on your top and bottom lashes.

you dont have to be a slut to have adorable clothes or whatever. jeans are fine, but try sandals or wedge heels. i wear sperries a lot because they're comfortable and adorable. just wear shirts that hug your curbs. if you’ve good arms, wear sleeve less stuff. if you have long legs then wear black leggings. if you like your figure then wear tighter cloathing. but cleavage is always a good thing so wear low cut shirts.

i walk a mile every day and do 20 sit ups and im 105 pounds, so loosing weight is possible. try eating less breads and starches and more veggies.

if your hair is damaged then you need to get it cut. like CUT. get it cut a tiny above your shoulders then get herbal essence repairing shampoo. that way you can curl your hair or straighten it. also put coconut oil in it to make it shiny. rinse with cold water. you can also wash it with baking soda (it makes your teeth white too)

for your skin use Bodycology body cream in vanilla buttercream. and baby oil. shave your legs with baby oil to keep them smooth for days.

you have to learn to love yourself and papmer your self. paint your nails, try something new with your hair, plan a really cute outfit. idk whatever works for you. make yourself feel confident. you also have to not listen to people because they're just trying to make you feel bad most of the time. you need to love yourself.
