ok i'm half hispanic half white so my skin is (sorta) tan in the summer, except pale in the winter cause i'm anemic. i don't know if that will effect your views on hair color or not.
this is what my hair looks like now:

BURGUNDY….it will look awsome on you…..and if you want some blonde then do like a strip in the front or on the side or something….ideal of luck
