For me, it was on my Wedding Day. I had a Medieval-theme..and had a dress like a Princess or Queen, literally:).
Answer:
Being a fellow, I don't usually feel or look beautiful. However, a few years ago, there was a “ladies ride for cancer”. I got dressed up in panties, slip, skirt, blouse, wig and make up = the complete woman (almost). I completed the 10 mile bike ride for the pledges made if I completed. (The guys along the route made it hilarious wearing the skirt - they would run and peek).
I looked beautiful (because of the dressing and make up job my wife did) and I felt beautiful because I raised $3000 for the fight against breast cancer.
