and his curls get frizzy. It's too long now, and I think it looks terrible. He's not comfortable with it too short. He needs a happy medium of curls and manageability.

He would look so adorable with a sailors cut! Tell the girl( hair stylist) that he want 2 on the sides and scissors on top and make sure you tell them to thin it out up top( not with a razor with thinning sheers.
