i think layers would just add to the volume making your hair look even frizzier. Try some de-frizz product and maybe straighten your hair (make sure to use a good heat protector). You could also look into getting it permanently straightened. That's what I have, and I never have to straighten it and it always stays smooth. So yeah, I wouldn't get layers, good luck! ![]()

layers will help and so will vitamin e applied to fresh washed hair. not the scalp. hair will feel slightly sticky until dry then nice and soft and defrizzed. its cheap and with regular trims (a must) your hair will grow really fast. its the ideal conditioner around. the growth part takes about a month to kick in. the defrizz and conditioner is immediate. regular trims about each 7-9 weeks

i reckon u should use straightening shampoo
it makes your hair really smooth, and absolutely none frizzy.
if it still doesnt work then i would suggest having a shower in the morning and drying your hair straight.

People with thick and frizzy hair shouldn't have their hair layered.. it will add more volume which you don't really need.
Layering is great for people with fine wispy hair which needs to be voluminised. I would look into straightening or treatment to get the frizziness out of your hair.
