Aw, you're very pretty.
One of my best recommendations would be smokey blue eyeshadow. Because your eyes are blue, using an eyeshadow that is one shade of blue darker than your eyes will make them pop and look unrealistically blue. Also, using soft browns and coppers will make your blue eyes look very clear and prominent.
Your skin looks very clear to me, so try not to use a whole lot of product on your skin. Avoid foundation, because if you don't need it, it usually ends up making you look worse. I advocate Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer, which is a tinted moisturizer (more sheer than foundation.)

Well no one ever said it was easy lol. I happen to be a bit of makeup artist. From your pics i couldnt see your eye colour but i can i give you a rough idea to enhance your eyes.
If you have:
Blue eyes wear: shades of pink, muted mauves, greys, light dusted blues, turquoise washes, copper and gold tones.
brown eyes: grey, navy blue, browns, eggplant, light mauves, dusty pinks, peaches, bronzes and golds.
green eyes: peach, muted-pinks, mauves, greens, caramels, gold tones and anything from the berry family.
For lips just a light pink gloss.
Nice lash defining mascara.
Foundation should match your natural skin tones.
Anything else will be too unnatural.

For eyeshadows use a brown or dark blue, to enchance your blue eyes.
For lipgloss do a nude (clear) or light pink or a natural color to make your lips shine but still be natural.
Mascara, of course. I use black and it looks fine and natural on me, but if you dont wanna use black then use a brown or clear mascara.
Don't use black eyeliner, thats not natural. Use brown eyeliner, its more natural and it will enchance your blue eyes. and only use a little bit.
I know that sounds like a lot of browns, but once you put it on your face it looks pretty, and natural =]

wear brown eyeliner. black is too harsh and unnatural looking. look for eyeshadow colors that are beige, sand, or neutral tones. use a subtle shimmery eyeshadow to highlight your browbone. i personally love Maybelline dream matte mousse eyeshadow in the color “nude” because its very light and pretty. curl your eyelashes and keep them that way with clear mascara. sweep a dust of pale rose blush just below your cheekbones towards your hairline. you dont need to cake on any makeup. you waste time, money, and it is too much to look at.

For such a nice complexion and nice skin like yours, i wood recommend either smoky-ish blues, creams, and tan to golds for an eyeshadow. 
then use a little eyeliner on the bottom of your eyelid, but no mascera, and brush a bit of mascera on the edges of your top lid.
