So i'm going to military ball friday night. my dress is white with a black strip under my boobs (covers most of my stomache), and black flowers coming up from the bottom. how should i do my eye make up?? i have dark blonde hair and blue eyes

For eyeshadow, earth or pink tones with silver would look incredible. And an espresso eyeliner and dark mascara.
Don't use blue eyeshadow. It looks tacky and trashy, and is generally reserved for 13 year olds.

you don't want to do anything to harsh since your dress is black and white, you want to not wear that much make up so you don't over do your look, you should apply a nude shade of lip gloss, add shimmer to your cheek bones along with a nice and light peachy pink, and on your eyelids and one application of brown mascara to top it off

what I would do is keep it suttle dont try to experiment here- I’ve blue eyes I use neutral peach color with a hint of pink- its pretty and simple or if you want to accomplish a drastic look try a brown shadow with a shimmer highlighter under the brow bone .
