How to use this concealer? It’s this green powder.?

I got this sample of mineral concealer. It's this green powder. Can someone tell me steps to how to use this? Like when do i put it on? Before foundation? After I moisterize? Steps would be wonderful!

first you clean your face with a cleanser, if you’ve one.

then you moisturize,

then you put the foundation on,

then you put the concealer on.

you put the concealer on after the foundation because it wipes off if you put it on before.

Then moisturize… give your moisturizer a chance to dry.

Then apply your green concealer to the red areas of your skin…. around the nose, under the eyes, any problem areas that are red in tint. Then apply your foundation. Then apply a powder to set your make-up. If you apply the green concealer after your foundation you will look a bit green. Here is a short clip that shows how to apply.
