what do u suggest
i wear blue eye liner or black
and i put white eye shadow with a bit of black to make it shadowy near the eye.. do u have any suggestions? like any other colour suggestions.

Well if you have bright eyes, like me, i wear dark eye shadows to make my eyes stand out. i put heavy dark on the eye lids… then i put a pretty light color above it.
