Eyeliner HELP!?

im new to eyeliner. i bought liquid eyeliner, but i can't put it on the bottom lid!!

should i buy a pencil. or the other kind where its a cream but on a stick?

any recomendations, not from MAC or sephora, i don't live near them

just anything at CVS or WAL MART or WALLGREENS!

personally i like the eye liner where you roll it up, it is more like a creme than a pencil but it stays better.

Try revlon ColorStay crayon in a dark color. Also, you could put a tiny but of mascara on your bottom lid. Its like liquid eyeliner only without the large applicator. It says on all day too

I use covergirl perfect blend cream in a stick. I LOVE it soo much. It doesn't smear or smudge or come of with water or sweat. I totally suggest that you get it. I got mine from wal-mart

I use pencil eyeliner on the bottom and liquid on the top and find it alot easier and it looks a lot neater for me. You don't need a posh one either.

Pull your eyelid down slightly and run the pencil gently along the edge of your eyelashes, you can start putting it lower down though to get used to it.

dont use liquid eyeliner on the bottom, i prefer stick eyeliner better anyway. my favoirt is Rimmel special eyes. x

I think that using a liquid eyeliner is better for just doing the top lid, use a pencil eyeliner or a cryayon eyeliner for doing the bottom.

my eyes water really bad, and i LOVE revlon color stay eyeliner. its the cream kind in a stick. it works great! doesnt smear and stays on all day.

use a pencil… sharpening it helps rid bacteria so u never get eye fungus… gross! lol ive never had a problem wit pencil frum walmart get the rimmel one it costs like 4 bucks and works wonders
