Can you describe its finish?
Answer:
I purchased it thinking that it was powder, put it really is in between powder and liquid, if you know what I mean. Like mousse, kind of. I personally don't like it, it's goopy and looks unnatural. It doesn't spread well, it just stays in one spot.
