How do you use liquid eyeliner?

I'm a begginner at make up.

I'm not bad at it at all I just put the basic stuff on

like : Mascara, Eyeliner & Eyeshawdow

I don't do the whole lip gloss or foundation/powder

I like my eyeliners to be sharp at the tip

but, everytime I try to make it, it breaks so I've learn to deal.

I see a lot of girls doing their top eyeliner with liquid eyeliner

and it looks really good, not to mention it doesn't smear!

A lot of people say it's complicated putting on liquid eyeliner.

I don't think it's that hard, people over exaggarate.

Because, first time I put on eyeliner, I wasn't bad at all.

So, I just want to know, what kind should I buy (that's cheap)

and how I should apply it on.

Because I hate my eyeliner smearing!

you have to stretch the eyelid on the corner of the eye very well with one hand and put the liq. eyeliner on with the other hand. hope this helps.

yer well eye liner can be very diffucult to use
