Omg! Cant believe Im answer this cuz I just learned how to use makeup so here I go…Ok you should wear black eyeliner or dark brown or try a aquaish blue or green they'd go great with your eyes. For eye shadow you could use brown/black/green but I don't think blue would really go for it. I would rather for you to use a light eyeliner for your bottom lid and then a darker color for your eyeshadow. Blush light pink maybe it would look great! Maybe like a baby pink. Lip gloss should be light colored like really light but you could pull off a neon color too. Mascara could be really any color but black would really go with your skin tone.
Now for your sister she's a tiny hard but ok. She can use purple/pink/black/green they go good with her eyes.Eyeliner should be dark brown/black/pink/purple/green it would look fab. Mascara she could pull of any too but black does look better. Eyeshadow um…green or…..any other color but I think green is ideal. For her she should do a dark color on for her eyeliner on the bottom and a light color for eyeshadow. Lipgloss should be dark or lipstick too if she would prefer that.

jus tinted moisturiser blusher and mascara
dnt start wearing foundation its heavy an can cause spots
whereas tinted moisturiser is light an gives u a nice glow

try mixing gold and pink shadows for a very light, pretty look..try to stay away from really dark shadows because of how young your face looks, keep it light and playful..

heres a look to play around with..its another light pink one, but this time try a light layer of black liner underneath and put some pink shadow under your eyes with a small edged brush..that would look really adorable!
now for blush you pri want to go with just light pinks or even no blush at all..

for your lips just go with a light pink gloss and your look is done..

i kno these eyes are very dramatic..lol..but i think she should try brown shadows with gold..also try some liquid liner on the top and that’ll really bring out her eyes well..you just dont hav to put that much..

look at how the eyeliner is done on this one..she's not going to want to put too much on..especially if shes going to do liquid liner..
for blush she should try some more brownish colors..

brown blush puts the illusion of cheekbones, which your sister can really pull off well..she has the ability to also try apricot shades..
for her lips as well, just go with a gloss..try a brown one like this:
