No, there is no perfect cosmetic product. Everyone has different skin types and preferences - that's why there are so many types! I like Physician's Formula concealers, especially the new Circle RX but the packaging sucks, it sorta spills out. They have lots of different formulations. I also love Make Up For Ever concealers at Sephora, but they are more $$$.

If your looking to highlight your eyes and cover up dark circles…….try "Blanc deChanel" by Chanel.
If you are looking to conceal with out looking like your hiding something under your eyes, and not have to reapply again and again, try Mister Light by Givenchy.
