Lash primer?

which is the ideal and isnt that costly like one i can get at cvs or walgreens and one that nourishes my lashes and helps lengthin them???

Answer:
I'll be honest with you, there probably aren't going to be very many good eyelash primers at drugstores. Those brands are always trial and error with their products. Not saying that all drugstore makeup is bad - I personally use a lot of it - but if you want top notch quality, you're going to have to pay top notch prices.

So just try some out. I advocate L'Oreal - they're generally pretty good about mascara products. I don't know if they have just a primer, or if they have the dual mascara and pimer in one, but they would be my first choice with any drugstore mascara.

If you're willing to pay the $13, though, Clinique's mascara primer is very good.

Well, there's nothing out there that can nourish hair - it's a dead substance, so you're limited to just elongating it and making it appear longer/thicker.

A trick that I use: buy a tube of clear mascara, and apply one coat of that right before you apply your colored mascara. You'll find that all of the major beauty vendors make a version of clear mascara.

It helps to thicken the lashes, it helps the black or brown mascara go on more smoothly, and I swear it helps to give lashes a fuller look. It also makes it easier to remove your mascara at the end of the day - it sort of acts as a barrier to the lashes and keeps mascara from sticking too much. It also helps you prime the tiny lashes that you can't normally see at first - it makes them easier to see by the time you get a colored wand near your lashes, and it makes for less messy application of the color.

Clear mascara will set you back about 6 or 7 bucks, just like your average mascara. It will last you a long time if you wipe the wand off after every use. It sounds like a lot of work, but it really helps - if you just jam it back in the tube after each use, it turns an hideous shade of gray and really looks pukey. If you maintain it it will stay clear and relatively clean and will work until you can't reach any more product in the tube, and that’ll help you get more for your money.

Give it a shot! Good luck!
