My eyes are similar to that shape.
I need to know what mascara would give my eyelashes that effect and how to do the eyeliner stuff like in the photo?

Use a peach or gold eyeliner and blend it into your top lid. Then put it on your wet lines. The ideal mascara for what you want is from AVON it is called “Super Shock” I got it last Sunday and I love it so much! It gives them volume without clumping! If you are going for REALLY dramatic then you could use black, but if you’ve brown hair then I would suggest using a dark brown!

this picture was really photoshopped, so unfortunately you won't be able to get them to look like that without the help of a personal.
the ideal mascara in the world is diorshow, and although it's a bit costly, it's totally worth it. it makes your eyelashes look so huge without clumps and lasts the entire day with flaking or wearing off. i'm completely addicted. you could also use fake lashes. they sell a lot of natural looking ones, as well as ones that can go on your bottom lash line.

at first it looks like she's wearing fakes…so either do those or, try putting some black eyeliner on your top waterline.
(your waterline is that line sits right on top of your lash bed on the bottom but i mean put the eyeliner on the top…lol i know its confusing..)

I don't see any eyeliner on the model, but try using Diorshow mascara or Benefit's BADgal mascara. I've used both and they’re wonderful and people ask if my lashes are fake all the time.

sephora mascara is awesome. maybe some fake eyelashes would be good. make sure the mascara doesnt clump but theres no eyeliner on the girl or i am seriously blind.
