i use loreal paris infallible eyeliner (16 hour wear)
its stays on the bottom really well but im half japanese so my eyelid does this thing where the bottom(were i put on the eyeliner) folds into the top of the lid. so my eyeliner always smears and i dont know what to do about it.my eye is always like that its just how i was born.
any help?

What helps me is applying a good layer of powder (or sheer shimmery eyeshadow) directly under my lash line and out. It helps prevent smearing and nearly acts like a base. Also I try not to use too much foundation or concealer directly under my eyes, that way the oils and moisture doesn't mess with my eyeliner.
Since I began using this technique, I haven't had a smear since.

do you really need eye liner? I bet your already pretty without it. besides I've learned through the years I was not allowed to wear makeup as a kid/teen and all the girls I was in school with did. we’re all in our thirties now, and I am the only one who still gets carded, still gets told I can't possibly be old enough to have a 19 year old son, and in fact I went to vote at a school board election and had to show my ID because the secretary thought I was a student and I had to prove that I was a parent. And the only things I did different from the girls I went to school with is that I didn't wear make up and I didn't smoke.

Sounds like you need an eye shadow primer.
Essentially what’s going on, is that the natural oils
your skin makes is smudging your eye liner. Eye
shadow primer creates a barrier between the oils and
your eye makeup.
I personally use Shadow Insurance, by Too Faced.
But Primer Potion by Urban Decay is very popular.
I just like Shadow Insurance because it's easier to
get out of the container. Both work wonders, though.
You can purchase them at Sephora or Ulta, both in stores
and online!

buy black powder eye shadow and pat it right on top of the eye-liner then take a skin toned color eye shadow and put it around the eye-liner that should keep it from transferring. if not then you should switch to liquid or powder instead of pencil

You can use a waterproof liquid eyeliner for your top lid trust me I go to school, workout, and then go to work and it last. And just use a waterproof pencil eyeliner for bottom lid.

since u dont have the double eyelid.. u should only draw the eyeliner on the tip of ur eyes. u cant even see the eyeliner with those type of eyes so draw the eyeliner only at the tip of the eye. that way u wont have to worry about smearing..

This happens to me at times. I bet a layer of translucent powder on the eyelid (but before the mascara!) would work pretty well.
