ok im in 9th grade and i have to get up in front of the whole class and do a presentation. Im REALLY nervous. When i get up there i get all red and hot and shaky……and i have tried picturing everyone in their underwear and all that but it doesnt work……idk what to do please help!

Did you know that eating a bannana before going in front of people calms your nerves? Maybe before the class starts eat one. And anyway, notice how when other people go in fron of class. Nobody cares how bad or how well the person does, actually they might get really bored with the person and don't even pay attention. That happens A-LOT.

Everyone is a bit nervous during their first presentations. Don't sweat it! Simply create a Power point or create an outline with bullet points and follow them. You’ll find that when you use these formats, it will come easy. You can elaborate on the points you know best and simply read the points you are less familiar with. Once you get by your apprehension of public speaking, you might actually care about it and excel at it.

consider it like this, im sure that it is very simple for you to talk to people one on one, so you’re just speaking to those people one on one just in a larger group, and dont worry because everyone in your class is giving a presentation as well.
