I need a good waterproof-liquid eyeliner that will stay put while i'm swimming.

Also, my budget is $20 at the most lol.

Thanks.

Answer:
I know many. I use waterproof eyeliners all the time, so I’ve tried out a few.

My greatest but most high-priced one is $24

But if you need water PROOF, it's not really good. It peels off with warm water, like a layer of skin.

Heres another one.

Oh my gosh!

MY FAVORITE. The applicator is simple to use, and very soft. It never peels or chips, like other liquid eyeliners. It's only $16, and I know some people think it's high-priced.. but it's just great. This one is the ideal, and the brand is good quality. The professional applicator allows you to make precise lines, or thicker ones. This is my favorite.

Answer:
It's not liquid, but it's still good. Avon Waterproof Glimmersticks, they cost around $7. I got one in teal, and I wear it all the time and it never smudges or budges. Even when I've forgotten to take it off before I wash my face, and it ends up getting wet, it doesn't melt.

Whatever you select to go with, just make sure you don't rub or touch your eyes while swimming. Even if the liner is really waterproof, it will still smudge if you touch it.

Answer:
Revlon Colorstay Waterproof Eyeliner. I use it EVERYDAY, even if i'm not going swimming or anything (to prevent smudging.)

Definately a great product.
