Which is first: concealer or foundation? and which type is cream conceler?

i know theres two types of conceler - the one to cover spots and blemishes, and the one for dark circles (ie the illuminating one)

so which is “concealer cream”?

and does it matter if you use concealer first or foundation?

concealors for dark circles tend to be more creamy/liquified. because if it's too dry(like stick concealors), it would make those fine lines at your eye area very obvious.

stick concealors are superior at concealing spots and blemishes.

and about concealors and foundation.

if you're using liquid foundation, conceal after. and then after concealing brush on loose powder to set both the foundation and concealor.

if you're using powder foundation, conceal before.

i always put foundation on my skin! coz i dont like putting concealer straight on my skin as m yfoundation is clinique and the concealer is max factor …..so then i put the concealer on my freckles r anything like that! then i place a little dab of foundation over the concealer ( as they are different colours!)

i would state first conceler and the foundation cause sometimes the conceler is a slightly diff shade than the foundation x

i think both is cream.. erm.. u should use foundation first den concealer.. after that apply a soft thin layer of powder foundation.. normally foundation comes in liquid form.. if u apply concealer first.. it may wipe of the concealer..
