That can legally release me of my obligations to my 4 year old daughter? She lives with her mom but I'm 100% positive the kid isn't mine. Don't have $$ for a DNA test so lately I've been avoiding contact with them 2 lunatics.
Answer:
The fact that you don't have money for a DNA test is no excuse. Most says nowadays will not allow you to shirk your financial responsibilities to your children. If you don't pay you will wind up having any wages garnished, any tax refunds withheld for payment and if your children's mothers have to collect any type of welfare you’ll be sent a bill that’ll include interest to be repaid to the government. If you don't want to prove they’re not your children then you're going to have to pay for them…have a nice day.
Answer:
Yes. It's called a petition to give up your rights. It will only work without a DNA test if your name is the one on the birth certificate. I think you are a pretty crappy person though to call your child a lunatic. She didn't ask to have you as a parent, so you don't have the right to call her a lunatic.
Answer:
then you're SOL buddy. You need to get the DNA test to prove it's your kid or not. I hear Maury does them for free. Oh, and no judge will grant you to sign your rights away unless there is someone willing to adopt, like a step parent. They don't just let assholes like you get out of their financial obligations to their children.
Answer:
You can go to your local DHS(department of human services) and ask them for help, they’ll pay for the paternity test but if you’re proven to be the child's father you will either have to sign away all your rights to the child or pay child support.
Answer:
Yes, but the court will not consider them without a DNA test to disprove paternity.
Which do you think is cheaper? A DNA test or child support for the next 14+ years?
Answer:
shes 4 years old and you cant afford a DNA test yet? idiot. why did you sign the birth certificate if you're 100 percent sure she isnt yours?
Answer:
Save up for a DNA test you moron.
