i feel fatigued everyday with my baby. is anybody like me? i feel im going crazy
Answer:
My wife had fatigue after our two tiny ones. She found a few things that helped. First, increase Vitamin B (naturally if possible). JuicePlus+ is a great way to do that. (See www.juicedup.org for more info on the product).
Another thing is sleep. Often times the babies interrupt a good night sleep. Have your hubby take baby duty once in a while to give you a nice, long, uninterrupted sleep.
Perhaps my wife's greatest cause of fatigue was lack of exercise though. Once she started on the treadmill again, after several weeks she lost some weight and her energy returned to her.
Cheers!
Answer:
at first i did .then i found out that if i take a catnap when baby is laying down i have just as much energy as he does. rest is important not only to your health but also to your relationship with your baby . if you’ve someone that cant take baby for an hour or even 30 minutes so that you can rest for a short period of time it will up your tollerance and you will find that you actually enjoy baby being the go go
Answer:
It is very exhausting having a baby. One thing that helps me get energy, is putting the baby in the stroller and going for a short walk. Nothing strenuous, just a way to get out of the house for an hour and get some fresh air. Babies take a lot of time and can sap all your energy. Rest when your baby sleeps and don't try to do to much.
Answer:
I was fatigued and going nuts for the first 4 months.
I was tired and scattered for the next 6 months
Finally when he turned 1, I started getting my groove back and getting a handle on everything again.
Now he's two and a half and we're trying for #2…which means the craziness will begin again and hit Turbo mode when the next baby comes…
Ahhhhh the joys of Parenthood! ![]()
Answer:
Yes, babies (and children) are exhausting. Welcome to the wonderful world of children!! And yes, this is perfectly normal. How old is your baby? A lot of your fatigue could be post-partum. Your body is still trying to recover from child birth and will need extra rest to get back to normal. The ideal advice I have the ability to give you is what my doctor told me after I had both of my kids: when baby takes a nap, YOU take a nap too. As he/she gets older and sleeps more/longer, it will get superior. Until then, do yourself a favor and rest as often as possible.
Answer:
yes its normal, they’ve a way of sucking up all of your energy. when i was nine months pregnant with my firstborn, a lady told me “u will never sleep again” i blew her off then, but now i comprehend.
Answer:
You need to get a baby sitter for a day and go out and spend some time focusing on yourself. Maybe go to a spa or something so you can rest.

Answer:
Yeah. But I signed up for this! As exhausted as I feel (no sick days, no breaks), I wouldn't trade it for the world!
