i will be 36 weeks pregnant tomarrow and ive been getting a tingly feeling at the top of my stomach. it feels like how your foot feels when it falls asleep. it just started this day. does anyone know what it could be?
Answer:
Baby is probably pressing on a nerve, or slicing off circulation in a small vessel. Baby is getting pretty crowded in there, and will be pushing and stretching trying to change position. Sometimes that action puts pressure or nudges a body part that is not used it, and it will send out a strange sensation.
Also could be the beginning of mild Braxton Hicks contractions, if you haven't been having them yet.
Either way, the solution is to get up and move around, and try to get baby to change position.
Good luck and enjoy your new baby soon!
Answer:
You’re just 4 weeks away from your delivery (but it could happen any time) and it is probably your uterus or other muscles pulling a tiny as the baby shifts into the birthing position and lower in your pelvic area. You’re probably feeling a little of this pulling. But to be safe just ask your OB at your next visit. You should be going fairly often if not now very soon then.
Good Luck!
Answer:
Possibly the baby is pushing on some nerves and causing the feeling. They really have rule of our bodies while there in there lol!
