If I decide to ride it out. Should my baby be ok? Are ther any home remedies to take for this that r safe while pregnant?

you don’t mess around with strep throat, even though I have to wonder how you’re even able to self diagnose. Go to the Dr…home remedies are no substitute for antibiotics. Strep throat can affect your heart if not treated properly.
