Answer:
Cetaphil is the number one facial cleanser. It isn't soapy, is moisturizing, and isn't very expensive.
I also recommend DHC olive oil cleanser. It makes the skin very soft and cleanses thoroughly with no greasy feeling left over, even though it is made from olive oil.

i had the same issue!!!
in the same spots and everything
dont use any of those brand things
you can get this from like Target-
St. Ives Cream Cleanser
it is natural, and has sayclic acid(very good to help prevent future zits)-sounds chemically, but actually from tree bark! and uses pure glaicer water!!!
dont overdo it though, if she uses it too much, her face will get very dry-this goes for any product-just use it like once every night before u go to bed
it really does wonders

You may want to to consider the natural route before conventional products.
There's an article online at Associated Content that has information on how to clean your face and prevent acne with just four ingredients: honey, baking soda, oats and coconut oil. The article quotes resources available on the National Library of Medicine web site. Here's a link to that article:

If your daughter has sensitive skin, don't use benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or glycolic acid. These all burn off skin chemically. That's how they control the bacteria - just fry it all. Honey kills the bacteria associated with acne - without a chemical burn. I deal with kids every day that have burned their skin with those chemicals. Here's an article about those chemicals in acne and face wash products:
