Where can I put this tattoo where no one can see it unless I want them to? (description?

I want a tattoo that has angel wings and says let me fly. I don't really want it on my back, but I guess I could do my upper back. Is there anywhere else I could put it? Like, my hip?

You could get it quite low on your back. If it's low enough, you'll hardly see it over your pants (if at all).
Wings are ideal centered somewhere, so the back is really the ideal option. Under your hair (if you’ve long hair) on your neck might also be a good option.
If you don't mind it off-center though, you could go hip, wrist (cover with bangles/bracelets/etc), ankle, even foot (although they hurt like hell).
