I want to get my right side done, i know if i go to a professional place and give it good after care i should be ok and im not worried about the pain as my belly button was fine and didnt hurt at all (although face is more sensitive i know). But has any one had any REAL not fake bad experiences? And any other thoughts please. And if you ask why i would get it done, its just something i really want done and i know when i get old it might look funny but il deal with it then

From a piercer's stand point….
Cheek piercings are cute, but are you wanting cheek piercings, or dimples? There’s a difference.
Cheek piercings are typically more in the cheek region, where as dimples are done on the piercee's natural dimples.
With either one, the piercing goes through a rather thick area of tissue that’s comprised of muscle. Because of this it means the piercing takes a lot of abuse through speaking, eating, smoking, etc. They have the ability to take up to 6 months to complete initial healing and up to a year to finish secondary healing and be considered fully healed. Healing time of course is a little different from person to person and is dependent on how well that person takes care of their overall health and the piercing.
You are right, the hole will close up, but sometimes when people have had a piercing for extended periods of time (a year or more) the hole will remain slightly open on the front or the back, sometimes all the way through. That again is something that’s dependent on your body. If you've had other piercings that totally shut after removing them, then you shouldn't have trouble with a dimple piercing closing totally. As with any piercing, there will be a scar though, which might be unnoticeable, or might be very noticeable.
If you get it done, just be prepared to take excellent care of it. Follow your piercers aftercare very cafefully until initial healing is complete. If you take good care of it, you’re less likely to have bad scarring than you would have if you take poor care of them. Also, don't do just one side. One sided dimple piercings look funny, it's one of those that has to be balanced out.

Don't do it please there are far to many people where I live that have this done and they all look strange, don't get me wrong I love body modification I’ve 9 piercings two tattoos and about to get my third, please don't get your cheeks pierced

I know of someone who got that piercing, and now that she's removed it, there's a hole in the side of her face that’ll never heal.

i have many face piercings and they dont really infect easily , unless ur skin gets irratated very simple i personally believe u shouldnt get it because if it gets infected its the worst place to infect
