I am quite fair skinned and have troubles tanning, mostly due to the fact that I burn after like 10min in the sun. I am leaving for Anaheim, California in a little over a month and want to try indoor tanning to at least build up a base tan so I don't burn as easily in California. Any recommendations as to a tanning schedule (How long, often, level) for the next month? Any lotions that work well before and after a tan? Really any recommendations are welcome.
P.S. Don't give me the skin cancer mumbojumbo, I'm just as susceptible to skin cancer in the natural sun because I burn so easily!
Answer:
start out at 5 mins (if you burn as easily as you say) do that for a couple days and then just keep adding a couple mins each day.. i would go each day til you get up to 20 mins and then begin going each other day
i would suggest anything by tan inc or designer skin but any lotion is superior than none
P.S. tanning isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be as long as you use lotion while tanning and make sure you moisturize afterwards or before you go to bed
Answer:
stay pale
