That can legally release me of my obligations to my 4 year old daughter? She lives with her mom but I'm 100% positive the kid isn't mine. Don't have $$ for a DNA test so lately I've been avoiding contact with them 2 lunatics.
Answer:
i would sounds like the mother and child are better off with someone who loves them
Answer:
Why don't you buckle down and save the money for a DNA test. You might have to halt going out to eat or buying beer or whatever for a while but it will be worth it. You will have to pay for a lawyer anyway in order to terminate your parental rights so take the Paternity test to make sure. Do you really want to leave your daughter unsupported by you because you don’t think she is yours? That’s something worth making sure about.
Answer:
Where I live, legally you can’t unless the mother has a new man, or husband or living with another man…
orrrrr You can try fught and get the courts to issue a dna test, if the child is yours then you gotta pay, but if it isn't then i think the expense falls upon the mother's head
Answer:
Just go purchase a cheap DNA test a Walgreen's. I'm guessing the price— 19.99-30.99 sound ok?
Answer:
It would cost money to draw up the papers for termination of rights, so might as well save up and have a DNA test.
Answer:
Calling your child a lunatic i think they would be superior without you !
