i know the guidelines for whole milk for a toddler, but does anyone know how much “real” fresh cows milk a toddler should drink during the day?
im wanting to know about straight form the cow, full fat, unpasteurized cows milk.
Answer:
The same as Pasteurized Whole Milk…straight from the cow is soooo much superior for him!
Answer:
400-600mls per day.
My son has 500mls + cheese sometimes and icecream rarely and the doc stated this is good
Answer:
my doc said 400mls a day but can be substituted for thre servings of dairy a day ie cheese yoghurt:)
